This all started as an insurance claim due to storm damage in late June ...


but I think it was about a month ago that we picked the flooring so it hasn't been too bad. I agree that right now is a great time to be a contractor though - those guys are having to turn away business. On a related note, I bought an in-ground basketball hoop in May and the final installation step will finally happen today. I guess a lot of people wanted some easy exercise during the COVID.
